PropertyCone Hub

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 5 August 2026

The short version

Cancel through Lemon Squeezy to stop the next renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past payment. Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed by Lemon Squeezy when approved.

1. How to cancel

  1. Sign in to PropertyCone Hub.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Manage on the subscription card.
  4. Cancel the subscription in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Lemon Squeezy’s portal is where customers manage the subscription lifecycle, including cancellation and resumption. If the Manage link is unavailable, email notif.pch@salescone.online from your account email and include the workspace name. We may need to verify that you are the workspace owner before helping with a billing change.

2. What cancellation means

3. Refund policy

We do not promise automatic refunds for unused time or for cancelling part-way through a monthly billing period. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorised, or otherwise warrants review, contact us. We assess requests individually and may approve a full or partial refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Lemon Squeezy allows sellers to set their own refund policy and may also issue a refund within 60 days of purchase at its discretion to prevent a chargeback. See Lemon Squeezy’s refund and chargeback guidance.

4. Requesting a refund

Email notif.pch@salescone.online from the address on your account and include:

Do not email your complete card number, security code or account password.

5. If a refund is approved

See Lemon Squeezy’s refund processing guidance.

6. Free application trial

The PropertyCone Hub application trial requires no card and creates no charge. There is therefore no trial payment to refund. If you do not subscribe, access changes according to the trial and retention rules in our Terms.

7. Questions about a charge

Contact notif.pch@salescone.online or visit our Support and Contact page. Contacting us first gives us an opportunity to investigate, but it does not remove any right you may have to contact your payment provider.
